Charity Event 2026

On Saturday, March 21, 2026, the stylishly decorated Shed Club in Zug once again served as the venue for a special charity night. Eighty-five guests enjoyed an evening that seamlessly blended lightheartedness with depth.

A warm, almost intimate atmosphere took hold right from the start of the cocktail reception. Isa Wallin provided musical accompaniment for the opening, setting the perfect tone for the evening from the very beginning. This was complemented perfectly by the outstanding menu prepared by the SHED kitchen team, which provided a wonderful culinary accompaniment to the evening.

One of the first moving moments was the auction of works by the young Ugandan artist Sadick—driven by palpable empathy and genuine support. Justina Lee Brown’s performance will also be particularly memorable: first, in an intimate and unexpected setting at the club, accompanied only by her guitar and without a microphone, and later with a short concert in the event space. Her voice, as well as her personal story and her dedication, touched many people.

Afterward, everyone partied, laughed, and danced the night away with DJ Arnold and the SHED Bar team until the early hours of the morning.

It was an evening that left a lasting impression—because it showed what can happen when people who want to make a difference come together.

A heartfelt thank you to all our guests, artists, and the entire SHED team.

We are looking forward to March 20, 2027.

A Look Back at Uganda

LIVIA

My time at the "Home of Joy" children's home in Uganda was a formative and enriching experience. During my stay, I was not only able to make a direct contribution to the children's everyday lives, but also gain valuable insights into a different culture and way of life.

I helped look after the children, assisted with everyday tasks and organized playful and creative activities. I was particularly impressed by the warmth and joie de vivre of the children and the commitment of the staff. On site, I experienced a caring and supportive environment in which solidarity and mutual appreciation were tangible.

This experience broadened my view of the world and showed me how important interpersonal commitment is. I am very grateful for my time at the "Home of Joy" - it made me grow personally and I will always remember it.
