Charity event

An evening full of light, hope and warmth!

On Saturday, March 22, 2025, we were able to experience a very special evening: Over 150 guests came together at the fantastic Shed location in Zug to celebrate the charity event organized by the Light for Forgotten Children Foundation - and to set a strong example of compassion and solidarity together.

Accompanied by top-class artists who thrilled the audience with their performances, there was an incredible atmosphere full of emotion, joy and inspiration.

Another highlight was the Shed's wonderful food, which was prepared with love and care - a real treat for all the senses.

But the best thing about this evening was the common purpose: to help children who are otherwise often overlooked. Every moment, every applause and every donation was a step towards more light in their lives.

We would like to say a heartfelt THANK YOU to all the guests, artists, sponsors and patrons who made this evening possible.

Together we have shown that forgotten children are not alone.

LIVIA

My time at the "Home of Joy" children's home in Uganda was a formative and enriching experience. During my stay, I was not only able to make a direct contribution to the children's everyday lives, but also gain valuable insights into a different culture and way of life.

I helped look after the children, assisted with everyday tasks and organized playful and creative activities. I was particularly impressed by the warmth and joie de vivre of the children and the commitment of the staff. On site, I experienced a caring and supportive environment in which solidarity and mutual appreciation were tangible.

This experience broadened my view of the world and showed me how important interpersonal commitment is. I am very grateful for my time at the "Home of Joy" - it made me grow personally and I will always remember it.
